Change may be part of organisational life but many
people don’t find it easy to deal with.

My work with organisations is focussed on change,
whether the focus is on individual behaviours, working
practices or culture. Much of this work is about
accompanying people on the journey, helping them to
learn new behaviours while remaining true to themselves.

I work with individuals, boards and management teams.
I also work with large group interventions, bringing a
whole organisation together to work on change decisions.
