Mediation helps to resolve specific conflicts between individuals, or within
teams and departments.

I apply the concepts and tools of the Nonviolent Communication approach to
mediation. This means a focus on the needs and values of parties involved in
a conflict, establishing connection at that level after which finding solutions
that are satisfying to everyone are much more likely to emerge. it is important
that no one is giving in or giving up. Parties will hear and by heard by each
other. Judgement and blame will be translated into feelings and unmet needs
and parties will be encouraged to stay in their own power.

Now working in association with Farnham Mediation who offer conflict resolution in workplace, family and commercial/civil settings.
